10am to 1:30 pm set up, you must be checked in by 1:00 and set up by 1:30~NO EXCEPTIONS.

Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Summer Bash! We hope to include a variety of vendors including handcrafted goods, jewelry, etc. Space is limited and we will give spots on a first come first serve basis. We kindly ask each vendor to make a minimum donation of $25 for their space.

We will provide one 10x10 space. Vendors are required to provide and set up their own materials, such as canopy, lights, tables, chairs, trash receptacle (e.g. providing samples, etc. Electricity will not be provided.
Vendors must keep all their products in assigned space.
Each vendor is responsible for cleaning up their own area.
Vendors are not permitted to sell food items that include food trucks or other ‘hot items’ as such unless it is cleared through the committee.
All work is suggested to be original and handcrafted by the artist/crafter/vendor. Marketed items must be for those with home-based businesses such as Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, etc.
No garage sale items/tables will be permitted unless the item is brand new and in conjunction with your art, craft or representative product.
CBD /Hemp oils are not permitted unless as a minor ingredient within handmade soaps, lotions, etc. THC, nicotine and any other addictive products are prohibited!
Political statements in image or text, profanity, or explicit images are not permitted.
The exhibitor guarantees their own products.

Vendor At-Will Relationship All Vendors are in an “at-will” relationship with Alano Club of Battle Creek events. This means that the Vendor relationship can be terminated at any time, for any reason, with or without cause or reason, by ACBC.

Application Process All vendors are required to submit a vendor contract. Applications for 2025 are open now and may be submitted at any time.

ACBC reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor on any basis.

Booth Fee Donation / Registration

If approved for the 2024 Summer Bash, vendors will receive a link via email to donate for their booth space. A $25 donation suggestion is suggested at the time of contract, vendors may make this donation at: https://givebutter.com/c/ACBCsummerbash.

Contracts must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to the event or by May 28, 2025.
If you are unable to complete the form or submit payment online, please call Alicia Barry at 269-420-0353.

You will have the option to either donate or dedicate 25% of your sales.
Vendors are allowed one armband per booth, other staff and children must purchase entry to the event.

Booth Preferences

Booth preferences are not guaranteed.
Priority is given to those who submit a donation first, but final booth placements are decided by the ACBC committee.

Event Cancelation -Be prepared for sun, rain, or wind. No rain date.

General Info

Event organizers determine booth location assignments. Booth Spaces are subject to change up to and including the Saturday of the event. There will be no refunds for donations pre-event.
Each Vendor is responsible for their display materials. All displays must be in good taste, in the opinion of event hosts.
Amplified music or sound of any kind is not permitted.
No banners, flags, bandit signs, or any signage not affixed to your tent will be permitted. All signage must stay close to your area and be secured.
ACBC reserves the right to reject unsuitable work, displays, or signage and will request immediate removal.
ACBC is not responsible for damage, loss, or storage.
Set-up and Breakdown

Setup begins at 10:00am on Saturday morning. You must be set up by 1:30pm NO EXCEPTIONS! Booth spaces are 10ft by 10ft. A few locations may be slightly uneven.

Check-in: Saturday | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM No late setups after 1:30p.m. Location: Alano Club of Battle Creek, 1125 W. Territorial Road, Battle Creek 49015 back parking lot.

All vendors must check in before 1:00 PM.
All booth displays must be set up by 1:30 PM.
All vendors must keep booth displays in place until the end of the event.
NO FRIDAY NIGHT SET-UP IS PERMITTED.

Breakdown:

Vendors are required to stop selling to customers at 7:00 PM
Booth breakdown is between 7:00-8:00 PM
Vehicle loading does not start until 7:30 PM
Vendors will not be allowed to bring their vehicles to their booths until 7:30 PM for safety purposes (STRICTLY ENFORCED).
An event bracelet is required by all vendors and staff.
