The Alabama Coalition For Healthy Mothers And Children is a not-for-profit organization that works in partnerships with all people, helping agencies, ministries and organizations who assist mothers and children in Alabama as they seek to better their lives, overcome poverty and improve their own lives and the lives of their families.

Our Mission is to empower the under-resourced families of Alabama toward a healthy life and better future through access to healthcare, knowledge, partnerships, leadership, and education.

Our dream is that partners would grow and be more successful in their missions through these efforts.

What You Need To Know Before You Donate

First of all, please know that we are very grateful for every donation, regardless of the amount. Together we can make a difference in the lives of Alabama mothers and children.

Secondly, on this page you are given the option of where you would like to designate your donation. You will have several options to choose from. Your selection will determine how your gift will be used. 

Contributions to the Alabama Coalition for Healthy Mothers and Children Annual Fund will be used for the most pressing needs for ACHMC, which may include annual operating expenses, at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

100% of donations to any of the meals program options will be forwarded to that particular partner organization to feed the children served by that organization.

Finally, after you make your donation, you will automatically receive an email that will serve as your receipt for IRS purposes. ACHMC is a registered 501(c)(3), thus all gifts are tax-deductible.
