Welcome to the New Britain's AFB Freedom Youth Basketball team fundraiser. We need help raising money to purchase fifteen (15) jerseys and team gear at $50.00 per uniform.

Our youth mentor/coach Jordan Alston understands, through research, that engaging students in youth sports promotes physical fitness which can have a positive effect on their mental health.

Participation in youth sports increases self-empowerment, personal responsibility, and self-control. It also helps improve life skills like goal setting, time management and leadership. Plus, learning to bounce back from a loss or a poor performance teaches resilience and perseverance.

Please donate what you can to help us reach our team goal during Giving Tuesday on November 28, 2023 and beyond.

Please note, AFB Youth Basketball players believe in giving back through working hard to get good grades in school, self discipline in school and volunteering in the community.
