Adaptive Freedom Foundation (AFF) is on a mission to break barriers through movement, nature, and adaptive sports. Our flagship program—WASUP™ (Wheelchair Adapted Stand Up Paddle)—brings people with disabilities out on the water in a safe, joyful, and radically inclusive way.

To reach more beaches, more events, and more lives, we need your support to sponsor or lease a dedicated box truck to transport our adaptive paddleboards, beach ramps, and accessibility equipment.

We are seeking corporate partners, private donors, and automotive dealerships to help us raise $45,000—the cost of a reliable 18–20 ft box truck with a ramp, fully wrapped and branded.

Why It Matters

Adaptive Freedom Foundation is 100% volunteer-run. Every Paddle Day we host requires an extraordinary effort:

Volunteers load heavy adaptive paddleboards, ramps, and gear the day before the event
Wake up early to unload and set up at the beach
After 10+ hours of supporting participants, they reload everything into the vehicle
Then return to unload into storage—often long after sunset

This adds dozens of volunteer hours to each event, on top of an already demanding day. Yet our team continues to show up because they believe deeply in creating inclusive spaces for all.

A dedicated truck would allow us to:

Reduce physical strain and burnout for our volunteers
Increase the number of events we can host each season
Focus our energy where it belongs: on our participants and their families
Turn every mile into a moving billboard for inclusion and impact
