This is a community space where we get to witness and practice the spirit of generosity, hope, and expansion of well-being through spontaneous and collective acts of kindness and positive intention. Birthdays are a special time to open our hearts, show love and empathy as we celebrate the gift of life. Thank you for choosing AHAM for your birthday celebration!

AHAM Education is a non profit organization registered in the state of Florida since 2014 with consultative status to the United Nations Economic and Social Council.

Our vision is to empower underserved individuals to discover and fulfill their purpose, while living consciously and prioritizing personal, collective and planetary well-being. Our mission is to train 1000 leaders across the Americas in inner resilience, leadership and advocacy to co-create more peaceful, ecologically and socio-emotionally resilient communities.

In the first 10 years we served over one million diverse individuals with evidence-based tools in presence, positivity and peace.

We offer gender-informed, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, mindfulness-based and mind body skills training, workshops, community programming and retreats in the US, Latin America and the Caribbean. Our work on the intersection of mindfulness and planetary health is featured in the documentary short Healing People Heal the Planet.
