I haven’t met you yet… but one day soon, I will.

I’ll walk through the doors of Angel’s House with a trash bag of my things, a nervous voice, and a heart that has forgotten what safety feels like.
I’ll be exhausted.
I’ll be scared.
But I’ll also be ready.

Ready to rebuild.
Ready to learn who I am again.
Ready to believe that maybe—just maybe—I’m worth it.

Angel’s House will give me a bed to sleep in that first night.
A stable home.
Structure.
Compassion.
People who look me in the eyes and see who I can become, not where I’ve been.

And because of that one bed, everything will start to shift.

I’ll show up to my job interview feeling steady.
I’ll get the job—and cry in the bathroom because I won’t believe it’s real.
I’ll begin reuniting with my kids and showing up as the mom they deserve.
I’ll start trusting myself again.
Healing again.
Believing again.

All because someone made space for me… before they even knew my name.
