Thank you for choosing to come to our Hillcrest Alumni Weekend Festival on October 5th! Your help and support means everything to us, the event team and we appreciate your participation at the event.

As a reminder, our events team and organization annually host this All Alumni Weekend to foster comraderie amongst every class year and our future alumni. We rely on the generosity of vendors like you to enable us to continue our vital community work.

We also have a number of forthcoming events and activities in which you may like to participate as a supporter. To remain up to speed on our newest events and chances to have a good influence, visit our website or follow us on social media.

Things to remember: Only 10x10 tents allowed on the festival site. Bigger tents do not fit our site setup and cause problems with neighboring vendors. All vendors will be positioned on Vendors Row as close as possible to your requests. No Live animals may be sold from your booth. We reserve the right to shut down any unapproved vendor on the Festival grounds. All booth fees are non-refundable. Please make note that electricity is not supplied with booth space.
