Leader Academy isn’t just a club. It’s about becoming leaders who notice people, serve with purpose, and create impact where we already are.

This year, we’ve learned that leadership isn’t about position—it’s about action. And one of the biggest ways leaders grow is by serving others in meaningful, thoughtful ways.”

“Because of that, every Chick-fil-A Leader Academy participates in something called an Impact Project.”

“An Impact Project is a chance for us to take what we’ve learned and turn it into real action.

“Our Chick-fil-A Leader Academy is launching a school-wide Impact Project focused on honoring and blessing 2 mothers who work in our building as well as a few fully involved moms here at Creekside.

These women serve our school faithfully, and we want to show appreciation in meaningful and practical ways.

At this time, we will not be sharing names, because this project is about honoring—not spotlighting.

However, we invite our school community to participate by supporting this project through notes of encouragement, donations, or other approved contributions.”
