Together for Hope Annual Meeting Sponsorships

We’re so excited for our Annual Meeting 2025!

Although coordinating this event involves numerous expenses, our priority is keeping costs down for our coalition members – the non-profit leaders across America working non-stop in rural communities (who attend at no cost). Here are some ways you can help!

Primary Title Sponsor - $10,000 & above

This sponsorship level supports our overall facility fees, programming, honorariums, scholarships, and more. Your name/org./logo will be prominent in messaging and branding throughout our event. It will be included on all promotional material (including an item in swag bags), a full-page program advertisement, event signage, and multiple platforms before, during, and after the event. You are welcome to an expo table at no charge. This sponsorship also includes unlimited attendee tickets.

Headline Sponsor - $5000 & above

This sponsorship level supports travel expenses and scholarships for non-profit leaders and more! Your name/org./logo will be prominent in messaging and branding throughout our event. It will also be included on all promotional material (including an item in swag bags), a full-page program advertisement, event signage, and multiple platforms before, during, and after the event. You are welcome to an expo table at no additional charge. This includes up to 5 attendee tickets.

Meal Sponsor - $3,000

This specifically covers a full meal for all attendees. Your name/org./logo will be featured on screen throughout the meal and will be listed as the sponsor of the meal on all materials and signage. You will be presented on multiple platforms before, during, and after the event, including an item in swag bags and a full-page program advertisement. You are welcome to an expo. table at no additional charge. Includes up to 4 attendee tickets.

Family Sponsor - $1,000 & above

This sponsorship level supports our overall planning expenses as the Jackson National team works on logistics! Your name/org./logo will be included on all promotional material (including an item in swag bags), a half-page program advertisement, event signage, and multiple platforms before, during, and after the event. You are welcome to an expo. table at no additional charge. Includes 2 attendee tickets.

Sponsor-a-Table! $500

This level of sponsorship includes a reserved table at our national meeting, branded with your group name! Your name/org./logo will be included on table signage, and you will be listed as an event sponsor as well! You are welcome to an expo. table at no charge, and includes 2 attendee tickets.

Expo Table Sponsor - $250

This sponsorship specifically funds a display table for your organization or church! Includes a quarter-page program advertisement and 2 attendee tickets.
