Sponsor an Angel Mom

Last year in St. Louis, 186 people died by homicide, and 205 people were murdered in 2024. All of these individuals were someone’s child and many left behind a living mother, now forced to grieve and to survive without their child.

Since 2019, The Crime Victim Center has been providing a healing Mother’s Day Brunch for these survivors to feel safe and find connection with other moms who ‘get it’. This event was started in partnership with a grieving mother for grieving mothers.

This year, on Saturday, May 9th, we are partnering with the Diamond Diva Empowerment Foundation in hopes to create an even more impactful environment, and we need your help.

Your support will directly enable us to invite more mothers into this space - at no cost to them. Every dollar raised goes toward honoring these women with the dignity and care they deserve.
