Hope in Motion: Free Rides to Pregnancy Care and Support

Imagine a young mother who wants prenatal care but has no car, no support, and no way to reach help.  One ride can change everything.

Every mother deserves access to care and support without fear, shame, or isolation.

Yet too often, women in crisis pregnancies miss appointments—or never reach help at all—because they have no reliable way to get there.

America Needs Babies Foundation (ANBF) is changing that through Hope in Motion — a simple but life-saving initiative that provides free, round-trip rides to and from pregnancy resource centers, medical appointments, and partner agencies across Eastern Iowa.

Beginning January 15, 2026, ANBF plans to begin covering UberX or volunteer-driver rides for expectant mothers to Birthright, Bridgehaven, and Young Parents Network. Each ride helps a mother reach compassionate care, counseling, or ultrasound services (provided by other agencies) that affirm both her dignity and her child’s life.

No woman should ever have to choose abortion because she couldn’t reach help.  Transportation is the first barrier we're removing.

How Your Gift Helps

• $25 provides one round-trip ride to a pregnancy resource center

• $50 covers transportation to a prenatal or ultrasound appointment

• $100 funds multiple rides for one mother through her first trimester

• $250 sponsors a full month of rides for a mother in crisis - typically 3-6 roundtrips, depending on location.

Every dollar moves a woman closer to hope, compassion, and the support she needs to choose life.

ANBF has received official IRS approval of 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law and retroactive to our date of formation: May 29, 2025. 

ANBF uses only licensed, insured UberX drivers or screened volunteers.
