The Athens Fiddlers Foundation works to preserve the advantages enjoyed by local and national fiddle music and artist through continuing this historic cultural genre of music, providing a platform and locality for musicians to entertain and draw guests from all over the world, raising public awareness, facilitating intra-organizational mentoring, and local advocacy.
