April’s Dine Around features Turning Point – Collegeville at 141-10 Market St., Collegeville

This month’s menu:

STARTER:
NEW YORK SALMON PLATTER Featuring smoked salmon, fresh cucumber, tomato, pickled onion, avocado, and cream cheese, served on a toasted half plain bagel, garnished with everything seasoning (GFA).

SOUTHERN CHICKEN & WAFFLE Crispy chicken tenders paired with smoky chopped bacon, drizzled with our homemade sriracha sauce, all piled on a half golden waffle.

MAIN:
STEAK & EGGS SKILLET Enjoy a hearty skillet filled with breakfast potatoes, succulent braised short rib, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, sweet drop peppers, and melted Monterey Jack cheese, all topped with two eggs prepared to your liking. Accompanied by a side of citrusdressed mixed greens.

FIRE ROASTED VEGGIE QUESADILLA Delight in a crispy wheat tortilla stuffed with melted cheddar jack cheese, fire-roasted corn poblano salsa, sautéed zucchini, peppers, caramelized onions, button mushrooms, baby spinach, and a drizzle of chipotle aioli. Optional Add-On: Cubed chicken breast*

DESSERT:
FRESH BERRY CORNBREAD FRENCH TOAST Cornbread dipped and griddled, accompanied by sliced sweet strawberries, fresh blueberries, a drizzle of strawberry cream cheese, and a hint of lemon zest. Served with our delightful strawberry reduction sauce on the side.

HOT CINNAMON ROLLS Generously topped with warm, sweet cream cheese frosting.
