ARC '24 Season

We are inviting theatre lovers like you to get in on the ground floor of launching the next great theater company. 

In 2020 many of the actors whose faces you know and whose careers you have followed, came together to form the Actors’ Reading Collective (ARC). (www.arcstream.org/about). Starting with virtual public readings, we grew to produce our first in-person reading series: our Outside the Box ‘23 festival at Marin Shakespeare Company’s (MSC) new indoor space in San Rafael.

Coming up, we are back with Outside the Box ’24 (OTB ’24): four Shakespeare-adjacent play readings in conjunction with MSC’s summer season.

And this year, not only are we building on our reading series, in November we also plan to put on ARC’s first fully produced, staged, in-person play!

We are excited to announce that ARC has secured the exclusive rights to produce the West Coast Premiere of Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Annie Baker’s The Antipodes, a funny, poignant, thought-provoking chamber piece about our deeply shared need to tell stories.
