The ARK Entrepreneurial Center is a transformative space for youth ages 6-24 in underserved communities, offering programs that foster creativity, skill-building, and entrepreneurial thinking. Through initiatives like Big Boss, Mini-Boss and Big Boss, youth gain hands-on experience in areas such as culinary arts, graphic design, app development, and financial literacy. At our annual Youth Boss Expo, our entrepreneurs showcase their businesses—ranging from lemonade stands and baked goods to apparel—gaining invaluable hands-on experience as they bring their ideas to life from concept to creation.

For older youth (16-24), the Workforce Entrepreneurial Mindset Program combines career readiness with entrepreneurial principles, preparing them to succeed in traditional workplaces or launch their own businesses.

By focusing on leadership, mentoring, and addressing systemic challenges like poverty and food insecurity, The ARK creates pathways to success for all participants. Support from donors helps expand transportation access, provide critical resources, and fund student-led ventures, fostering growth and opportunity for tomorrow’s leaders.
