I am fundraising for the Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL) because of the amazing work they do for animals in need. I started volunteering at ARL eight years ago and am constantly impressed by the high standard of quality of care that the organization upholds. Although ARL supports a wide range of species, most of my experience has been with the shelter dogs. All dogs are walked three times a day, and staff and volunteers invest in dogs through enrichment and training. These activities help to make dogs more adoptable.
We adopted Phoebe (formerly Chloe) from ARL on February 17, 2024. Although Phoebe was not a long-term resident at ARL, it is clear that ARL took great care of Phoebe. She is a very friendly and happy girl with no signs of fear. See below for a before and after picture of Phoebe.
Your donation will help ARL support shelter pets like Phoebe to give them the best life possible. Thank you for your consideration!
