Patients First PAC is Arkansas’s first political action committee dedicated to putting patients, not profits, at the center of healthcare policy.

We work to ensure that every Arkansan, current and future, can access world-class healthcare right in their own community. We take on the corporate middlemen and broken systems that delay care, steer patients to their own profit centers, and make medical decisions based on money instead of medical necessity.

We proudly represent independent medical providers, not large healthcare systems or out-of-state corporations. Our focus is on keeping Arkansas families healthy, working, and together - because when healthcare is local, timely, and patient-focused, everyone wins.

Through campaign contributions, public education, and policy advocacy, we support lawmakers who fight for common-sense healthcare laws, stand up to corporate interests, and protect patients from exploitation.
