Our Apprentice Program provides this vital assistance, teaching woodworking and boatbuilding skills, alongside essential life skills like financial literacy, mathematics, resume building, and teamwork. Our dedicated staff and volunteers mentor these young adults, guiding them towards a brighter future in boatbuilding, traditional trades, and beyond.
