ASPO 50th Anniversary Campaign
Please help ASPO grow its support of the outstanding individuals who represent the future of preventive oncology!
As part of ASPO’s 50th Anniversary Celebration we are raising money to provide travel scholarships for trainees presenting their research at our annual meetings. ASPO has always had a strong commitment to supporting the careers of trainees, and because of its size and culture, ASPO is one of the rare meetings where trainees have ample opportunities to interact with leaders in the field. Many of our ASPO leaders themselves have developed their careers and their networks through ASPO.
In these times, when our institutions are facing funding challenges, travel funds for trainees are often limited, which can have a serious impact on the career development of this important group of scientists. We invite you to help ensure that trainees will continue to have opportunities to participate fully in ASPO and further develop their careers.
As part of the 50th Anniversary celebration, we have set a goal to raise $50,000 to support travel scholarships for trainees. We invite you to join us in donating at one of the levels below, or any amount that you are able, to this important initiative.

(Silver Level water bottle)

(Gold Level quarter-zip shirt)
Donations made before February 25, 2026 will receive recognition in the APSO meeting program and Bronze or higher level donors will receive a special badge ribbon at the meeting. Silver, Gold, or President’s Circle level gifts made before March 15, 2026 will receive small premium gifts to be picked up at the Annual Meeting in recognition of their contribution.
Reaching our goal of $50,000 will help us fund 5 trainee travel scholarships per year for the next 5 years.
Help ASPO continue to be a vital incubator for cutting edge cancer prevention research by supporting the involvement of the next generation of researchers!
