Week 3: Training & Advocacy Program Fund
This week, we spotlight our Training and Advocacy Program. Our goal is to scale the best practices that have defined our success over the past 25+ years. By amplifying our training models to other service providers, we can ensure that more individuals who need support can access it more compassionately.
We’re still very much in the building process of this program, but we’re confident that incorporating ATC’s methodologies can transform how organizations interact with and support the young individuals we work with. We plan to build our program around the following pillars that make our approach unique:
-
Boundary Setting: Learning to navigate the delicate balance between professional limits and personal empathy.
-
Client Interaction: Technique in building authentic, trusting relationships with those who rely on our services.
-
Program Supervision: Gain strategies to oversee programs that align with unconditional support and effective client-centered approaches.
Our approach at ATC isn't just effective; we think it’s essential. By sharing our training program, we empower other organizations to adopt a model prioritizing deep, meaningful client relationships based on unconditional support and respect.
