The loss of my son Jacob, just over three years ago, left me adrift, consumed by guilt, regret, shame, and anger. I felt lost and alone, with no clear path forward. While there are countless resources for raising children, finding guidance on navigating the loss of a child is a far more difficult endeavor. EricsHouse provided the solace and support I desperately needed, offering a safe space to explore my grief alongside others who understood my pain. They helped me understand the central needs of mourning, while recognizing that each individual's grief journey is unique. Through their compassionate and supportive approach, I gradually found self-forgiveness, new meaning, and purpose in my life. As a support group facilitator, I now strive to offer the same compassion, companionship, and hope to others who are grieving, walking alongside them as they navigate their own paths to healing.
