Charter Oak Health Center is proud to collaborate with UConn Health School of Medicine and South Park Inn Shelter to support homeless seniors in our community. Help us provide essential personal care items that restore comfort, dignity, and independence.

• Disposable bed pads
• Reusable waterproof mattress covers
• Skin barrier creams and ointments
• Fragrance-free wipes
• Disposable gloves
• Adult washcloths and hygiene wipes
