Proof of Vaccination: Please be ready to provide proof of vaccination by presenting a physical or photo of CDC-issued “COVID 19 Vaccination Record Card”. You may also provide a negative covid test result between 9/27 and 9/30 from a laboratory or healthcare/ test provider.

Masks: Masks will be required while indoors unless you’re seated at a table or bar. Masks are not necessary when outside in the venue’s back patio.

All raffle items prizes will be raffled off at the end of the evening. You can purchase more raffle tickets and/or Dove Dash tickets at any time leading up to the event and throughout the evening via our website, www.amatehouse.org/ales.
