This year, Haven’s Harvest isn’t just reflecting on what we’ve accomplished — we’re moving forward.

In 2025, we celebrated milestone after milestone:

Rescued over 10 million pounds of food since our founding
Recovered our highest yearly total yet — 2 million pounds
Secured a grant to build a portable kitchen pod, expanding our ability to prepare, portion, and distribute rescued food both in-house and at off-site events

But it’s important to be transparent, too. You may have read about the challenges many nonprofits are facing amid recent federal changes. Haven’s Harvest is no exception. Like countless organizations nationwide, we’re navigating shifts that have created real obstacles to sustaining our work. We anticipate an even greater surge in demand. Families who were already struggling to make ends meet will be forced to rely even more on local food recovery networks like ours.

Still, we remain steadfast in our mission. When faced with challenges, we rise—and this moment is no different.
