Deep within the temporal lobe of the brain lies a structure known as Ammon’s Horn, part of the hippocampus. Because damage to the hippocampus is closely associated with temporal lobe epilepsy, this important structure inspired the name Ammon’s Horn Society.

The mission of the Ammon’s Horn Society is to foster meaningful connections and collaboration among the Epilepsy Foundation of Wisconsin, neurologists, epilepsy specialists, and industry partners. Through education and shared expertise, the Society creates opportunities to strengthen partnerships and advance care for people living with epilepsy.

The Ammon’s Horn Society hosts a gathering designed specifically for neurologists, epileptologists, and medical professionals working in the epilepsy field. The evening includes a cocktail reception, dinner program, and time for professional networking.

The dinner program will feature two presentations, delivered by expert speakers selected in partnership with the Epilepsy Foundation of Wisconsin’s Professional Advisory Board. Topics focus on emerging research, best practices, and innovations in the care of patients living with epilepsy.

This event is complimentary for medical professionals in the epilepsy field, but registration is required.
