We’re so grateful you’re considering adoption! We are a small team of volunteers balancing families and jobs, and this process is the best way for us to ensure our rescues get the very best, while managing our personal life. As we grow, our process may shift, but this is how we operate for now.

We pour our heart and soul into our rescues, doing everything—from medical and socialization to weight loss programs—to ensure they are healthy and happy. Because of this, we aren't looking for the first application that comes in; we are committed to finding the perfect match for every pug in our care. If we don’t find that match in the first round, we wait.

Before You Donate & Apply:

📍 Location: You must live in Florida to be eligible for adoption.
📖 Read Requirements: Specific requirements for each pug are located on our Facebook page.
🎯 Match Only: If your application doesn't meet the specific requirements for the pug you applied for, we will not process it. We focus our time on applications that match the pug’s needs.
🩺 Vet Records: You must provide 3 years of records for past/present pets showing vaccinations and MONTHLY heartworm preventative. This is the bare minimum and is non-negotiable. All pets in your home MUST be spayed/neutered.
⏳ No Back-and-Forth: To respect our volunteers' time, applications with missing or incomplete vet info will be declined.

How it Works:

Donation: Submit a $20 non-refundable donation via the link.
Application: Once donated, you’ll receive the link to apply.
Video Check: If your records pass, we will request a house check video.

If you are approved but not selected for a specific pug, we can hold your application for 6 months for future matches! 🐶
