As we continue our commitment to supporting the needs and challenges of being a father in America today, we offer this opportunity to engage in a series of powerful workshops and hear from our thought leaders who have successfully navigated the challenges of being a father of color and positively impacted our communities. We are dedicated to raising awareness of fathers' critical role in our families and communities and the importance of remaining healthy.

Our mission is to provide fathers and men with information, education, connections, resources, support, and guidance to improve their lives, health, community support, and family relationships, especially as fathers with their children.

Throughout the year, we provide structured community workshops offering information, education, and tools for improving the lives of fathers and men, including youth who are our fathers of the future. We are dedicated to preparing and supporting fathers and men who seek resources and connections to fulfill their potential in all spheres of life, including their significant roles as fathers to their children. Union County, NJ, is our primary service area, and we specialize in serving young African American and Latino men.

We help men prepare for fatherhood by supporting healthy fathers and healthy families, improving men’s and fathers’ self-esteem, improving father-child relationships, encouraging positive self-care and self-efficacy, and strengthening social support and positive community camaraderie for fathers and men.
