Brothers Ascend is a transformational wellness retreat created for professional Black men in midlife—men who carry the weight of leadership, responsibility, and unprocessed grief, often without space to rest or heal.
The retreat combines guided workouts/hikes, facilitated brotherhood circles, mental and emotional wellness sessions, and intentional rest. Each experience is designed to help men release stress, process loss, and reconnect with purpose—mind, body, and spirit.
