Shake off the post holiday stress and join us for a morning of relaxation. Michelle Health of Rising Crow Yoga is graciously donating her time for this event. The 60 minute Gentle Yoga class will be followed by tea, hot coco, treats and a raffle table filled with relaxing items.

Gentle Yoga

An easeful yoga practice focused on turning our attention inward through breath awareness, gentle movement, and mindful stretching. This practice is 60 minutes and guided in a way that allows students the opportunity to explore and settle in the postures adding in variations that best suit their body and goal.

Students should bring at least a mat and water bottle and choose comfortable clothing they can move around in. Students may also bring any props they prefer to use such as blocks, straps, bolsters, or blankets. A limited amount of blocks will be provided by Michelle for students to use if they do not have any of their own.

Bark & Bray is a nonprofit sanctuary for abused and neglected farm animals. We take animals from surviving to thriving! We have 12 animals in our care varying from large to small. We have a 2,000 lb holstein cow (Maxime) as our largest resident and then a 6 lb bunny (Cho) as our smallest. We also aim to educate the public on animal welfare.
