🌟 BCA Families:  Easy Tuition Payments with Givebutter!

We've heard you, and we're excited to now offer a convenient way to pay your tuition commitments through Givebutter, our secure online platform! This streamlined process allows you to make payments with just a few clicks, making managing your tuition hassle-free.     

Enrollment and Financial Agreements: During the enrollment process, tuition is based on your financial agreement. If you are elegible for financial aid or teacher discount, please use the "Other" option to input your agreed-upon amount. This ensures that your tuition payments align with the terms you've set during the enrollment period. 

Payment Details:

• Online Payment Fee: 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction (paid by the family).
• If you prefer to avoid the online fee, you can drop off a check at our school or mail it to:

• Optional Platform Tip to Givebutter (hosting site): You will see a percentage Tip amount as you process through to your payment. Click on the dropdown to select Other and input "0" if you don't want to cover this. We cannot refund this if you accidentally leave a tip and didn't intend to. 

Lower Fees:

For even lower fees, make your tuition payment with your bank through ACH (Automated Clearing House). This option incurs a fee of only 1.9% + 30¢ per transaction.
