We're excited to announce the launch of our Heart Box, a new health solution created to make monitoring blood pressure and collaborating with your health professional easier and more empowering. Through this campaign, we are connecting the community through storytelling, events, and online engagement, ensuring everyone has the knowledge and tools they need to take charge of their health. 

The Heart Box Campaign is designed to introduce a culturally relevant, evidence-based health product that supports better outcomes for marginalized individuals. This campaign is structured in three phases:

  1. Awareness: Drive visibility through community storytelling, trusted messenger outreach, and digital content.
  2. Engagement: Build connections via local events, workshops, webinars, and interactive social media activities.
  3. Action: Create clear pathways for adoption through community partnerships, clinical connections, and user-friendly access points.

Our strategy emphasizes trust, accessibility, and empowerment, ensuring the product launch is not just a release, but a MOVEMENT that improves health literacy and fosters long-term engagement. By aligning with community organizations and leveraging culturally tailored approaches, we aim to make The Heart Box a sustainable tool for improving everyday health and wellness.
