The Josephine Allensworth Beginning Farmer Training Program (BFTP) is an intensive and immersive, hands-on, 7-month program designed to equip aspiring farmers with the knowledge and skills needed for small-scale regenerative farming.

For those unable to commit to the full program, we offer a more accessible option: a condensed version structured into three separate, multi-day webinar series and one in-person fieldwork training.

These stand-alone courses provide foundational knowledge and practical skills for individuals looking to explore or deepen their understanding of a regenerative farm business.
