The Black Leadership Arts Collective | B.L.A.C. is dedicated to supporting and empowering Black vocal artists through leadership, mentorship, education, and by providing scholarship and performance opportunities.  Comprised of twelve of the leading BIack classical vocal artists and musicians performing and teaching around the world today, the Collective provides access to leading industry professionals, while fostering community in our shared creative and artistic endeavors.

We look forward to mentoring the members of our Inaugural Mentorship Program.  Our 2025 mentees are Sopranos Amani Cole-Felder, Kathiana Dargenson, Lauryn Davis and Mezzo-soprano Audriana Hughes.  Learn about them here.
