Community Needs:

  1. Lack of comprehensive health education programs targeting youth and college students.

  2. Rising concerns about mental health issues such as stress, anxiety, and depression among young individuals.

  3. Limited access to nutritious food options and knowledge about healthy eating habits.

  4. Insufficient opportunities for physical activity and sports engagement, particularly for underserved communities.

  5. Growing demand for supportive environments that prioritize holistic well-being and personal development.

 

Pillars:

  1. Health Education: Providing evidence-based information and resources on physical, mental, and emotional well-being through workshops, seminars, and educational materials.

  2. Mental Health Support: Offering counseling services, peer support groups, and mindfulness practices to promote mental wellness and resilience.

  3. Nutrition Guidance: Delivering workshops, cooking classes, and nutritional counseling to foster healthy eating habits and food literacy among participants.

  4. Sports Activities: Organizing cheer/dance, basketball, and golf programs that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and leadership skills development.

  5. Community Engagement: Collaborating with local stakeholders, schools, and organizations to create a network of support and resources for individuals and families seeking to improve their health and wellness.
