Mentoring

Mentoring is at the heart of what we do. Our program matches 3-5th grade students in our neighborhood with mentors in intentional one-on-one relationships. At Blueprint 58, we adhere to a different definition of mentoring; we believe that both our students and mentors have much to learn from each other. Mentoring for us is about sparking mutually transformational relationships in the hopes that our mentors and students will learn and grow together.
