The night will be full of excitement! Take your chance at luck with casino games, raffles, and a 50/50 drawing. Ticket price includes heavy Hors D’oeuvres, Beer/Wine, soft drinks, and $250 in gaming chips.

This year, our Casino Night’s Fund the Need is dedicated to raising essential funds for a Math and Literacy Curriculum Adoption.

With your support, BTC will be able to upgrade our much-needed curriculum materials for our Kindergarten through 8^th grade students, providing standards-aligned curriculum and research-based instructional resources that empower both teachers and learners, ensuring they have access to high-quality resources that support academic growth.

Adopting textbooks for math and reading is crucial for K-8 schools as it ensures a structured approach to education that aligns with state standards and promotes effective learning. In math, textbook adoption offers a curriculum directly linked to state standards, ensuring students cover essential topics at each grade level. Moreover, it integrates research-based instructional strategies and pedagogy, enhancing teaching effectiveness and student comprehension. Similarly, in reading, textbook adoption ensures a comprehensive approach to literacy development, fostering critical skills such as comprehension, vocabulary acquisition, and literary analysis. These adoptions not only provide a consistent framework for teaching but also support educators in delivering high-quality instruction that meets the diverse needs of students across all levels.

How does a Casino Night fundraiser work?

-Casino Night fundraisers are just that…for FUN and in our case, to raise money for BTC School. These types of fundraisers are run with raffle tickets, gaming chips, and no real cash.

Upon arrival, you will be given a voucher ticket valued at $250 towards gaming chips to begin play. You will turn in your voucher ticket with the dealer of your first game of choice. There will be additional packages for the purchase, of additional gaming chips throughout the night. Once play has concluded for the night, all gaming chips are “cashed” into a dealer. For every $250 in chips returned, you will receive a raffle ticket ($1,000 chips = 4 raffle tickets). From there, you can drop your raffle ticket into any raffle of choice. Raffles will be drawn at the end of the event. Please note that cash will not be given in exchange for any game winnings.

Is there a vendor you work with? Or is the event run by all volunteers?

-YES! St. Louis Casino Party has partnered with our event and will bring all the casino games, dealers, chips, and raffle tickets. Casino games consist of Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, and Poker.

Volunteers are still needed! We will have volunteer opportunities for set up/light breakdown, check-in and out guests, food and drink service, selling packages and 50/50, and just extra hands to make the night run smoothly. Where is the event held on BTC School Campus?

-The event will be held in the BTC Parish Center. This is located under the Church, and near the main entrance of the School.

-Parking can be found up in the top lot, along Elizabeth Ave.

What is the dress code?

-Come dress to impress in your 70's Vegas best!

Are there table purchases like a Dinner Auction?

-No. You can come alone, as a couple, or even as a group. Tickets are paid by the person. There will be some seating on a first-come basis. Seats are also located at the games that require seats (Poker and Blackjack). We will do our best to make sure if you need a chair to rest your feet….we have one for you! Overall, this event is more of a fun, socializing event where you are up mixing and mingling!

What is the Food and Beverages for the event?

-Guests will enjoy a variety of heavy Hors D’oeuvres, from our friends at Paul’s Market. Beer/Wine, and soft drinks will be available for all guests. The food selection for this event will allow guests to eat both standing or seated at a table. Beer and Wine will be provided throughout the entire event along with soft drinks.

What forms of payment are used on the night of the event?

-All entry tickets will need to be purchased in advance of the night. Ticket sales will stop on Monday, April 22^nd. Tickets can be purchased online, or arrangements made with the BTC Parish Office.

For the night of the event purchases, these can be made via credit card, check, or cash. All payments will need to be finalized the night of the event unless previously discussed and approved.

You mentioned raffle baskets…are you looking for donations?

-Yes! And thank you for your consideration to help. We are looking for raffle baskets or items to form a raffle basket. All items must be new and unused.

Some ideas for baskets include:
