The PYNC Project is a 501c3 organization dedicated to empower women of color in the film, media, and television industry. We understand the challenges and systemic barriers faced by women of color in these and are committed to providing comprehensive support to address them. Our training, development, networking opportunities, and financial support initiatives are designed to foster an inclusive and equitable industry.

Funds will go to community programming, events, marketing, and daily operations and maintenance of organization including but not limited to employee wages.
