Hope of South Texas is a children’s advocacy center dedicated to providing a safe and child-friendly environment for professionals from various disciplines to collaborate effectively in cases of child abuse. By bringing together law enforcement, child protective services, prosecution, medical, and mental health professionals, Hope of South Texas ensures that each unique case and child's needs are addressed with sensitivity and coordination.

In support of Child Abuse Awareness Month, Hope of South Texas is hosting a fundraising event featuring a generous contribution from Mr. Ray Ortega. Mr. Ortega has graciously agreed to provide a fishing guide for three, valued at $500. Raffle tickets for this exciting opportunity are available for $10.00 each, with the winner to be drawn on May 3, 2024. The winner will be announced on Hope of South Texas' social media platforms and notified by phone.

All proceeds from the raffle directly support the efforts of Hope of South Texas in fulfilling its mission to reduce trauma resulting from child abuse.
