Seneca Savings is raffling a signed Buffalo Bills Josh Allen framed jersey to benefit the Baldwin Fund. The Josh Allen Raffle runs October 9th-November 12. The drawing is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating in the drawing, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Baldwin Fund has been a huge supporter of fighting the war on Breast Cancer. The funds that are raised by the Baldwin Fund go to the SUNY Upstate Medical University right here in the Syracuse area. These funds are used for important research towards advances in fighting cancer.
