Banner Up! Fundraiser

Organized by the Hilliard Davidson Baseball Club (HDBC). HDBC is the official booster organization that supports the Wildcat Baseball program at HDvHS. #GoCats!

Here at Hilliard Davidson we have a desire to help players learn life lessons and positive character traits from participating and competing in the great game of baseball. With nearly 60 boys in our program, your sponsorship will demonstrate to the community your unwavering acknowledgement and commitment to the team, its activities, facilities and equipment.

Introducing "BANNER UP!"

PURPOSE:

To raise money for Hilliard Davidson Baseball team activities, facilities and equipment. Contributions will go directly to the Hilliard Davidson Baseball Program to help offset the purchase of game uniforms, senior banners, senior night, field maintence / improvements and various pieces of baseball related equipment.

BANNER SIZE & PLACEMENT:

Two options available (1) 3' x 6'  or (2) 3' x 12' full color vinyl banner attached to the outfield fence at the varsity field.

COST:

$500 for the 3' x 6' and $1000 for the 3' x 12' (2024 season)

HILLIARD DAVIDSON BASEBALL CLUB WILL:

- Arrange to have banner made

- Pay for cost of banner

- Affix banner to outfield fence

- Mention sponsors over PA during games

SPONSOR AGREEMENT:

- Provide artwork / company logo (please email to: [email protected])

- Promptly pay for agreement
