Vendor Registration - 5th Annual Back 2 School Bash

We are excited for you to join us Saturday, July 26, 2025 at our 5th Annual Back 2 School Bash! We will be providing backpacks, school supplies and resources to families in the community. Vendor Participation & Expectations

To ensure a successful and organized event experience for all, please review and adhere to the following:

Provide products or services that align with family, education, or community enrichment.

Arrive and be fully set up before the event start time. Vendors will not be permitted to set up once the event has officially started.

Remain present for the full duration of the event unless otherwise agreed upon.

All vendor items (including displays, products, and signage) must remain within the designated vendor space.

Keep your area clean and dispose of any trash appropriately.

Due to venue restrictions, hot food sales and food trucks are not allowed.

This is a non-political event. Vendors may not sell political merchandise or engage in political speech, displays, or promotions.

No alcohol or tobacco vendors allowed.

Vendor Fees & Payment

- $50 for For-Profit Vendors
- $25 for Non-Profit Vendors

All fees are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the host.

Recognition & Promotion

All participating vendors will receive recognition on social media and digital materials. Vendors are also expected to promote and share event with their networks.
