Obtain permission before taking close-up shots of other attendees or their creations. 2. SHOWCASING PRODUCTS • Attendees are encouraged to bring their toys, games, or books to share. There will be a shared space to showcase all products. • When sharing or viewing others' products, please handle them with care. 3. COVID-19 AND HEALTH • We ask that attendees follow current health guidelines, including hand hygiene and, if applicable, wearing masks. Please stay home if you are feeling unwell. • While this is a networking event, please be respectful of others' personal space and comfort levels regarding physical interaction. 4. LIABILITY AND WAIVER • By attending, you agree to release Black in Toys, its organizers, and the Riverside EpiCenter from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during the event. • Please keep your personal belongings secure. The organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS • In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellation, attendees will be notified promptly via email. • This is a non-refundable event. 6. EVENT PARTICIPATION • All attendees must be registered to participate in the event. No walk-ins will be permitted. • Upon arrival, please check in at the registration desk to receive your event badge. 7. PARKING • Complimentary parking is available at the Riverside EpiCenter.
