Bodine was found as a stray, with severe skin reactions that still are not diagnosed. He was not expected to make it a week, but with various treatments he has begun to heal, and is defying all of the odds, while keeping his charming personality!

Even while in pain and with open wounds Bodine was always a gentle boy with a strong will to live. He won the heart of the Dog Control Officer after just 48 hours, and continues to endear himself to everyone he meets.

Anticipated costs in the near future include more vet visits, additional skin and paw pad treatment, tick treatment, blood tests, biopsy and neuter.

But thanks to a kind-hearted DCO and the folks here at TASP, I am well enough to show you my bodacious smile. We don't know yet what my future holds, but so far this sexy bod has responded. However, we do know I need your assistance so I can keep healing. Won’t you lend this good ole’ country boy a helping hand? I sure would appreciate it! In the meantime, I will be safe in my foster home, a-sniffing and a-howling - savoring nature's glory, like any good ol' hound boy should."
