I'm very excited to be running the Twin Cities 10 Mile for the first time with Bolder Options this fall, where I volunteer as a mentor. I’m running in honor of my cousin David, a passionate runner whose life was tragically cut short during a training run in 2016. David’s spirit, determination, and joy for life inspire me and push me to be the best version of myself daily. I’ll be running to honor him — and to stand for anyone else whose race was ended too soon. Every mile will be a tribute to the idea that we can always help carry each other forward.
