Please save the date for Bookkeeping 101 for Farmers, a free, virtual workshop hosted by Farmshare Austin and Jocelyn Campbell on March 11 from 3 PM-5 PM.

Topics will include business/entity choices, basic terminology, setting up a chart of accounts, choosing a bookkeeping app (or not), an introduction to business reports (profit & loss and balance sheet) and more. Bring your questions!

Jocelyn has more than 30 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience. In 2008, she began providing bookkeeping and accounting services to local small businesses around Seattle which led to the founding of Alchemilla Services LLC in 2022. Currently, three part-time bookkeepers and Jocelyn provide bookkeeping, payroll, consulting, and training to around 40 client companies around the US. Alchemilla’s niche is working with small businesses, nonprofits, and in particular small farms and food businesses. Jocelyn is excited to share her knowledge and expertise with Central Texas beginning farmers!
