UCHS Boys Lacrosse needs YOUR support

The University City High School boys lacrosse team is looking to elevate the team - on the field and off. Team sports build character and push students to do their best. Delivering a high quality experience doesn't just happen though. It takes hard work and dedication from coaches, parents, family, friends and the community.

While boys lacrosse is a school sponsored team, a small portion of operating costs are provided from the school district. Most of the capital required to run the program needs to be raised by the team. This year, we will also have a new JV team increasing costs for the team.

This is where you come in. Countless hours are put in by the coaching staff, parents, and other volunteers to help to provide the best program possible for our athletes. Your donation will help contribute to the team and allow the players to keep playing!

Here is a quick look at the boy lacrosse budget for the 2024 season:

Tournaments and Referee Fees - $1,400

There are several fundraising events throughout the season, but much of our funding comes from donations given by parents, family, friends and the community.

UCHS Boys Lacrosse Booster Club falls under the “The Centurion Foundation”, a nonprofit organization 501(C)(3). Donation acknowledgement letters are issued for donations of $250+. Online receipts for amounts less than $250 are sufficient for IRS documentation purposes.
