CSM Board Fieldhouse Campaign
Our Collective Goals
Participation Goal: Our most important metric right now is participation. We are aiming for 100% board participation before the March meeting.
A Solid Start: We are grateful to the 28% of our board who have already stepped forward with their commitments to this building campaign
Flexibility and Inclusivity
Acknowledging Diversity: We recognize that every board member is in a different financial situation. This is not about everyone giving the same amount; it is about everyone giving a "stretch gift" that is meaningful to them.
Multi-Year Pledges: To make larger impacts more manageable, commitments can be fulfilled over a period of up to five years.
The Ripple Effect: Every dollar committed strengthens the camp's future. More importantly, high board participation acts as a "green light" for past board members and alumni peers to join us and boosts our efforts with securing grants and community partners.

The Deadline: Let’s aim to have our "100% Committed" announcement ready for the March meeting to kick off the next phase of the campaign with maximum momentum.
