Bradley’s Fundraiser

Mr. Bradley has been having some inflammation and irritation on both his eyes. His third eyelids specifically are the issue, where he likely has what the vet expects to be a tumor called SCC (Squamous Cell Carcinoma)- a common form of cancer in cattle. 

Lately, his third eyelids have been getting increasingly worse and are obviously bothering him now. So he’s booked to get surgery today to hopefully remove the current tumors to prevent them from getting worse. 

While there’s still a chance the cancer returns/isn’t 100% gone after surgery, it’s known that this type of cancer often kills cows when it acts up. So knowing that and that he’s bothered by them now, we need to do what we can to help him feel better and not risk a tragic ending. As this surgery often helps cows get some relief and clear the tumors for at least a while, when they’re in the same position as Bradley. 

We won’t have the total for the vet bill until after he’s all done, so the total on the fundraiser for now is to cover the new trailer we had to get for him. We will update the total after he’s back home at the end of the night.
