Leadership Southern Indiana is thrilled to present our Breakfast Series 2021 - this year featuring local entrepreneurs who will share the path they took to create their businesses: their inspirations, role models and the challenges they have encountered along the way.
Although for 2021 the Breakfast Series will be held virtually, we are excited to continue to offer breakfast through unique partnerships with local chefs!
Thursday, February 4, 2021 - Session 1 - This session will feature Bobby Bass - owner of Bass Group Real Estate and MESA, A Collaborative Kitchen - among other ventures. Our Zoom session will originate from MESA, A Collaborative Kitchen where Bobby will speak about his path in business while Chef Liz Martino will show us some tricks to making a great breakfast! Registration for this session ends on January 22, 2021 at 5pm.
Thursday, March 4, 2021 - Session 2 - This session will feature a panel discussion with entrepreneurs Bobby Brooks from The Sporting Club at the Farm, PJ Jonas from Goat Milk Stuff, Russ Wallace from Him Gentleman's Boutique and Brigid Morrissey & Friends from The Root Co-working Space. Our Zoom session will originate from The Root with fantastic breakfast boxes from Orange Clover. Registration for this session ends on February 22, 2021.

A Leadership Perspective: The Success of Collaborations

Hear how a group of individuals, representing different sectors and ten counties, collaborated successfully to lure a much sought after Indiana University School of Medicine program. The Southwest Indiana Internal Medicine Residency program is uniquely designed in collaboration with two partner hospitals and seeks to provide access to much needed primary care for rural communities and underserved populations.
Gerry Dick, creator and host of Inside Indiana Business, will moderate a discussion of the individuals and businesses responsible for creating the collaboration that attracted the Internal Medicine Residency program. They will share how the collaboration was created, how they overcame obstacles and the strength in collaborative leadership that culminated in the prestigious Indiana University School of Medicine locating an internal residency program in their area.
This event is FREE for all who register for our 2021 Breakfast Series.
