David & Margaret Foster Care and Adoption Agency is a non-profit organization that serves children ranging in age from birth to 18 years old, who will not be spending the holidays with their families.  

This year, for our Annual Bright Angel Scroll Program, we are inviting businesses, community partners, and individuals to get involved, and help us to make the Holidays special!
